2011

The symposium will provide an overview of the challenges of teaching STEM subjects (science, technology, education, math) to K-12 students, offer insight into successful approaches to STEM instruction, and provide an opportunity for local K-12 educators to share their needs for instructional support and successful experiences. Local K-12 educators, especially technology and math teachers and principals in middle and high schools, are encouraged to attend.

Time: 9:00am-12:00pm, Saturday April 30, 2011
Location: 1065 Kemper Hall (map for Kemper Hall)
Registration before Tuesday April 26, 2011: Attendance at the symposium is free of charge. However, the space is limited. To reserve a space, please register here to attend this symposium on the C-STEM Day before Tuesday April 26, 2011.
