C-STEM Educator Awards
The UC Davis Center for Integrated Computing and STEM Education is proud to present C-STEM Educator Awards at the annual C-STEM Conference. These awards recognize contributions by teachers, administrators, volunteers, and schools for providing excellent integrated computing and STEM education for K-12 students throughout the year.
Each awardee will receive three certificates from UC Davis signed by UC Davis Chancellor Gary May and C-STEM Center Director Harry Cheng, California Department of Education signed by State Superintendent of Public Education Tony Thurmond, and the California State Legislature signed by State Senator Bill Dodd.
The C-STEM Educator Awards includes the following category of awards:
C-STEM Teacher of the Year Awards recognize C-STEM teachers for their exceptional contributions integrated computing and STEM with UC Davis C-STEM Program, and inspiring students to pursue careers and post-secondary study in C-STEM fields. Award recipients are selected by the C-STEM Awards Committee consisting of the university faculty, graduate students, and undergraduate students.
C-STEM Administrator of the Year Awards recognizes C-STEM schools, districts, and county administrators for their strong leadership in supporting integrated computing and STEM education through systematic implementation of C-STEM Program school, district, and/or county wide. Award recipients are selected by the C-STEM Awards Committee consisting of the university faculty, graduate students, and undergraduate students.
C-STEM Superintendent of the Year Awards recognizes C-STEM Superintendents for their excellence in leadership on implementation of UC Davis C-STEM program on a districtwide scale in elementary, middle, and high schools. Their leadership has successfully inspired their schools, teachers, and students to thrive in 21st century skills. Award recipients are selected by the C-STEM Awards Committee consisting of the university faculty, graduate students, and undergraduate students.
Nomination
Nominations for the 2022 Awards are due by September 23, 2022. The nomination form for each award is available for downloading as a PDF file below.

The awards will be presented at the upcoming Annual C-STEM Conference. If selected, the conference registration fee for award recipients will be waived. Nominees will however need to provide their own travel and lodging accommodations.
