The final conference program is available for download here. Please note, that actual room assignments are only avaliable on-site. You may also use the new ASME Event Itinerary Planner to plan your individual session schedule at the conference.

Paper Presentation

Please check the technical presentation tips before preparing your presentation.

Each speaker is typically provided 20 minutes. This time includes questions and answers, as well as turnover time between speakers.

Standard electronic means (video beamer and presentation computer) for presentation will be available on-site. Please contact the chair of the session of the respective symposium prior to the session start and copy your slides (either in Powerpoint or PDF format) to the presentation computer and test your presentation before the actual session starts.

The MESA program committee requires that every presenting author contacts the respective symposium chair and affirms the papers' presentation. No shows without excuse will lead to the exclusion of the paper from the ASME digital library.
