C-STEM school, La Quinta High School, won the SkillsUSA regional competition

C-STEM school, La Quinta High School, competed in the SkillsUSA region six skills competition on January 28, 2017 at San Bernardino Valley College. Stephanie V., Will B., and Marvin M. competed in the computer programming competition using C programming language and ChIDE. La Quinta was the only school that used C—all others programmed in Java. Stephanie captured bronze and will move on the State competition in April.
